Mike Frey - VP Construction

Mike is responsible for pre-construction and construction of all LodgeWorks projects throughout the United States.

Pat Sardo - Director Operational Programs & Procurement

Pat leads procurement of furniture, fixtures and equipment for all new projects along with the coordination and installation of construction and renovation projects. She works with vendors, suppliers and installers to ensure a smooth transition from blueprint to luxurious finished showpieces.

Rod Scheck - Director Pre-Construction Services

Rod serves as a liaison resource between architects, contractors and consultants once a project goes from development into architectural drawings. He handles coordination of product with our architectural partners, cultivating national accounts, implementing criteria, and product research and development as it pertains to the construction of hotel projects.
